Judicial Police headquarters
Boasting the largest façade (25,000 m²) in a single building in Europe, the Judicial Police headquarters in Lisbon are a source of inspiration for architects and builders. Before construction started back in 2012, the renowned Portuguese architectural firm Saraiva + Associados was looking for a white material with a natural stone appearance to give the façade a distinguished look. Etex’s Equitone fibre cement boards proved to be the perfect choice. Their natural white beautifully contrasts with the dark anthracite of the windows. The result is a harmonious look. Euronit Spain and Eternit Belgium’s Equitone Tectiva fibre cement cladding boards have contributed to this project’s success.
